If the BEANS PRO 2 is not properly maintained, resulting in the accumulation of dirt (such as dust or earwax), the volume, charging, water or dust resistance abilities may be affected. It is recommended that you maintain the earbuds regularly to avoid such problems.
- After exercising, please clean the earbuds with a soft cloth dampened with water.
- After cleaning the earbuds, place them firmly in the charging case and close the lid.
- Note that even though the earbuds are water or dust resistant, the charging case does not. Make sure the earbuds are completely dry before placing them into the charging case.
- If the earuds are still wet or humid, do not put them into the charging case for charging, because moisture will enter the charging case, causing short circuit of internal components, or corrosion of the charging case.
- Do not leave the earphones in a cold environment to prevent the residual moisture. To avoid malfunction, be sure to dry off any moisture after use.
